Early one afternoon...

The boys and I were having fun with shapes and glue and scissors this morning, and while Will was at school and Cam napped I stuck some in a frame.  This is totally inspired by the amazing Veronika of Sarah & Benedrix, who does it a MILLION times better than this.  I had wanted to have the same three-dimensional quality she creates, but the only frame I had on hand was this flat one, so they smooshed down flat.  Whatever - it's rainbows.  Happy rainbows on a grey day. And it took 15 minutes.
Maybe someday I will treat myself to the real thing:

They are so lovely - Sarah & Benedrix.

  4. Thanks Emma, I know, I have had her shop bookmarked forever. I just have to figure out how to anonymously send my bookmarks to my husband... Her blog is wonderful too!

  9. I think that could be fun Veronika, as long as you made sure that they weren't as detailed as yours - you wouldn't want to replace yourself! :) But I love the idea of an affordable way to get a bit of your art, as well as an appreciation for how much work you put into them - they must take you days!
