I was cruising around the internet the other night looking for inspiration for a silkscreening class I am doing and came across the beautiful work of
Yao Cheng. I just love the pretty pinks (never thought I would say that!) and soft watercolours paired with her beautiful hand lettering. Her
patterns and prints are just lovely as well. There is so much talent out there it constantly amazes me, and just when I thought my days of blogging might be done, I find a slew of incredible artists I feel like I just have to share. Also, I would like to take a watercolour course next!

Could you tell me where you purchased your bed please. I love it! Looking for 2 I have twin girls. Thanks so much!
ReplyDeleteThanks Elizabeth! I got the red bed from family - it was in my great uncle's attic. I got a second bed for my younger son at an auction, but I have to admit, it isn't as nice! I would check Craig's List and Kijiji, or if you want new, I think Land of Nod might carry them. They are called Jenny Lind beds. Good Luck!
ReplyDeleteGood thing your son walked away from that spot! You are also fortunate
ReplyDeletethat the tree didn't fall and destroy your house. Otherwise that
would've done a lot of damage to your home and it would mean a costly
repair, especially without an insurance.
